An FTP network is generally chosen when counting data must be sent to a central location, far away from each of the buildings where people are counted, for example a chain of stores that would report to the head office.
Each entrance has counting equipment installed. The counting equipment is connected to our FTP Gateway, which receives calls from the FTP server. The server extracts, converts and stores counting data files from the stores and feeds the web-based report application with data. Counting data goes from entrance to report seamlessly, without human intervention.
