Counting People at Sliding Doors

Installation of a multiple-sensor bar in a sliding door

Installation of directional counting sensors with bratckets on sliding doors

Sliding doors house their opening mechanism inside their frame, hence there is usually no hanging doorframe on which to anchor the people counting sensors.

Our solution is either use mounting brackets or simply house the counting sensors in a multiple-sensor bar, which is more elegant. The bar can even be customized to blend in with the environment.

When using mounting brackets, the sensors' wiring is run inside the doorframe is possible, or hidden inside U-shaped rods that match the doorframe colour.

The Data-Logger can be hidden behind a wall or even in the ceiling. However, if data is to be collected manually, a communication jack must be available on the wall, usually near the ceiling.
