Infodev EDI, a high-tech company that employs more than 60 people, has its head office in Quebec and operates an office in the Netherlands.
Reporting to the service manager, Infodev EDI is currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The selected person will have to check and correct the problems encountered on the counting systems. It should also train users remotely or on site in the handling of the data collected. Depending on their availability, they will sometimes be required to travel (Canada – USA) to assist customers in training and installing the systems.
