Complete all required fields. Have your part number and product model on hand before starting.
Receive your RMA number
Our team will review your request and send an RMA number to your email within 2 to 3 business days.
Ship the unit
Package securely and write your approved RMA number visibly on the outside. Ship to the address provided in your confirmation email.
Diagnosis & resolution
Our technicians will diagnose the unit and contact you with next steps: repair, replacement, or credit.
Units returned without a valid RMA number will not be processed and may be returned at the sender's expense. For urgent operational issues, contact our support team directly at support@infodev.ca.
Upon submission, you will automatically receive an email at the address provided in the form, containing:
- A unique Request ID assigned to your case — keep this number for all future correspondence related to this return
- A complete copy of this form for your records
