Infodev APC has been the leader of raw accuracy for many years. Our sensor technology counts simultaneous boarding & alighting with an accuracy of 97.5% to 99.5% in all types of vehicle. It is not affected by any light sources or speed of passage.
How did we prove our 97.5% to 99.5% accuracy over the years?
Infodev EDI has been using TEMPORARY digital video recording systems to validate the performance (accuracy) of our automatic passenger counting systems. This method provides unparalleled transparency in validating the system’s accuracy from the customer’s point of view since boarding and alighting counts are displayed in highlighted text directly on the original video, thus preventing data corruption during the test.
